Leaderboard Methodology

How we score, rank, and maintain the AI Visibility Leaderboard.

Ranking Algorithm

Rankings are determined by the ConduitScore AI Visibility Score — a 0–100 composite of seven signal categories measured across each site's public pages.

When two or more sites share the same score, the tie-break order is:

1.Score DESC — higher AI visibility score ranks first.
2.Recency DESC — the most recently scanned site ranks higher among equal scores.
3.Fewer critical issues ASC — sites with fewer critical AI-blocking issues rank higher.
4.Alphabetical ASC — final stable tie-break by domain name.

Only the most recent snapshot per domain is used. Historical snapshots are retained but not counted toward rankings.

Inclusion Criteria

To be included in a vertical leaderboard, a site must meet all of the following:

1.The site must have at least one completed ConduitScore scan.
2.A leaderboard administrator must have approved the domain for the relevant vertical.
3.The site must be publicly accessible (no login-walls on the pages being scored).

To request your site be added, email benstone@conduitscore.com with the subject line Leaderboard Inclusion Request and include your domain and the vertical you're requesting.

Removal Policy

Any site owner may request removal from the leaderboard at any time. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

To request removal, email benstone@conduitscore.com with the subject line Leaderboard Removal Request and include the domain name.

Sites may also be removed at administrator discretion if they become inaccessible, violate terms of use, or are determined to be gaming the scoring system.

Data Freshness

Leaderboard snapshots are updated on a weekly automated schedule — every Monday at 9:00 AM UTC.

The scan date shown next to each domain reflects the last time that domain's score was captured. If no fresh snapshot is available within 8 days, a staleness banner is shown on the vertical page.

Pages are cached at the CDN edge for up to 6 hours after a new snapshot is published (ISR with a 6-hour revalidation window).
